Tests are done with Remedy's official default settings for RTX 3070: 1080p - 60 FPS target which is combination of "Medium High Ultra" with my own one tweak of Shadow resolution from Medium to High and no RTX.

This game heavily uses all RT spectrum of features hence don't except any RTX 3000 series to run properly even with DLSS, for RTX 3070 Ti performance even tanks down to 25 FPS. Although my eyes can be deceiving but I don't see much difference, game looks phenomenal even with basic rasterization.
