Today we're going to be taking on the challenge of seeing just how low of a level we can beat Pokemon Yellow with only a Mewtwo!

Rules
- Only the solo Pokemon can be used in battle.
- NO ITEMS are to be used in battle except held items in any game.
- No items are allowed to be added artificially such as rare candies etc.
- Full stat exp will be added at a certain point in most runs - generally where it is feasible - around Koga split.
