My channel's home tab has drumming playlists with thousands of free chop exercises, grid variations, drumming tips/lessons, technique exercises, limb independence charts, timing exercises, marching bass exercises, and more. Every play-along, drumming tip, and livestream recording has timestamps in the description that allows you to jump to a specific bpm or drumming topic. "Stick control" is the title of an old drumming book by George Lawrence Stone that many percussionists and drummers frequently incorporate into their daily practice warmup or routine. This play-along variation of stick control from 20-160 bpm allows you to control the tempo so you can practice at a speed to work on your technique and sound quality, as well as your overall chops (e.g., to improve your endurance and hand speed). When playing along with this video, focus on maintaining fluid and relaxed hands to develop consistency between your hands. If you want an extra challenge, try this on a drum kit and assign different limbs to the right and left stickings (e.g., left hand plays all left stickings on snare and right foot plays all right stickings on bass). Note that every third bar is a "filled in" version of the sticking that came before it, so do your best to keep your technique and sound quality the same whether the sticking patterns is filled in or not.
