Physical health and mental health are intertwined. If you feel like crap outwardly, your mind will slowly follow suit. That is something I learned the hard way but it is a good lesson to have learned.
There is no failure if you don't give up so keep going and keep pushing yourself, even on days you don't want to! There will never be a perfect day to start anything so start changing your life today!
