I left this part of the vlog earlier because i didnt want to have a 20 minute vlog so i figured i break it up into two parts. how you like it

Just running down a basic way of how i fix computers. sometimes the issues are pretty simple. i just give you things to look out for when you are fixing someones stuff.

Intranet - a local or restricted communications network, especially a private network created using World Wide Web software.

OST - An OST file, or offline storage table (.ost) file, is an offline Outlook Data File used by Microsoft Exchange Server that enables users to work with their messages and mail data even when access to the mail server isn't available.
