How I use my journal to plan my weeks and months| How having a journal helped me mentally♥

Slightly different video today, but i wanted to share with you my journal process, as I strongly feel it has helped keep me organised and more positive ever since starting it.
Having a journal is not the cure to mental health issues of course not- but it stronlgy helped me and how I looked at things, and so I wanted to share this with everyone ♥

My channel focuses on speed drawings and sewing tutorial and making of videos. I draw a variety of different things from Portraits to Anime to Video Game Characters, I sew Plush Toys and kawaii accessories often related to Japanese fashions such as Fairy Kei, Uchuu Kei and more!
