4 AA batteries read 8 volts by 2v each the fan can consume 8volts. Smaller fan, faster charge time. Lithiums &12v can also be charged/ resulfated.

Wips:
I do have a project in store, to put together a wiring harness that runs on plasma using a basic cdi, rectifier, resistant spark plug, Hydrogen coil, fan (substituting the stator)…but these things need work and isolation. Which I don’t have at this time, maybe I will put a video up of plasma running 1000 mpg in retirement. It would be interesting to get a moped and just swap/add a few components to get higher mpg.
