11Ruan Mei has finally been released in Update 1.6 and is seemingly one of the strongest characters we've had in the go so far. They are the first character to make full and proper use of the "Break Effect" damage type in the game, and my goodness is that an understatement.
The level of overall power and support that Ruan Mei provides is practically unheard of thus far into the game. With the small exception of maybe Bronya.
With that in mind, I just had to pull for her and that turned out to be the right decision, as I'm sure you'll see if you keep watching. In the 3 years I've been making content on this channel, never have I ever had luck as good as the one in this video.
