How much time does Super Arrow save in a Mega Man 5 speedrun?

In addition to the disclaimer, some other notes:
- A lot of the non-arrow strats were devised specifically for this video, and some are very risky, so compared to what most players would do if they weren't comfortable with arrow, the time saves could be much greater.
- I wanted to calculate Beatless route savings in this video too but I was exhausted by the end of it. I'll keep the notes and project files and get to it eventually.
- The short answer to this question, imo, is something like "a little over a minute on average, or 3 minutes if you count refight skip".
