Lamplight City is a point and click adventure game or a steampunk-ish detective adventure.

It takes place in an alternate history version of 19th century America. You become a detective who has to solve cases, interrogate suspects, look at various objects, gather documents and use your casebook regularly.

But beware! Your choices decide the outcome of the game. Each case features a choice of how to proceed under different circumstances. The correct choice might give you new information while the wrong choice might close off that path indefinitely. So it's best to not make any mistakes..
Consequently it is possible to fail a case, which means you might not be able to arrest someone or find out what really happened.

This game does deal with mature themes but because of the low pixels most of it won't be overly graphical.

So are you able to find justice for your clients and track down your partners killer before your entire world comes apart?
