There are two categories of cheats the AI use, direct cheats where AI just receives bonuses and bypasses certain systems and indirect cheats where AI receives benefits from AI only systems that the player does not have.

First lets do direct cheats:

AI lords get 1 extra slot while recruiting troops from notables. This is done to make sure that AI lords have enough troops and can also build up a defense faster due to AI not always picking the best fights.

AI Lords do not need horses to upgrade troops. This is to help poor AI clans and to make sure the AI chooses the horse upgrade more.

Daily experience gain for troops. AI participates in less fights than the player and therefore need extra experience to keep up.

When AI lords respawn after being captured and escaping, they spawn with 10-15 troops already in their party. Again this is done so the AI lord has a better chance to build up.

Now onto indirect cheats:

AI lords share gold through a kingdom treasury system where rich clans deposit gold to the treasury and poor clans then receive money from the treasury when they are struggling.

Daily Influence gain from supporters. While the player can also get supporters, AI seems to get supporters at a faster pace and receive almost 10 times more supporters than the player.

Ability to hire mercenaries and recruit lords without actually speaking to them. While this might be a bug, a player cannot get a lord or mercenary to join unless the player speaks to the leader of either clan.

And that pretty much does it for cheats, there are probably a ton of smaller tweaks to help AI, but these are the big ones.
