We breakdown how the New Republic captured the Kuat Shipyards, in Star Wars Legends, on today's episode of Star Wars Battle Breakdown.

Kuat was one of the most important planets in the galaxy - home to the massive KDY shipbuilding facility, an orbital ring around the planet. Kuat Drive Yards provided the Empire with the majority of their Star Destroyers, while also providing their largest Super Star Destroyers and dreadnoughts.
