How to Access More of Your Introverted Feeling
What's the best way for you to access more of your introverted Feeling?
I have a little hack for you. This is something that pretty much all INFPs naturally do, and that is to personify the different parts of yourself.
We personify everything. Everything has some sort of identity for INFPs.
This isn't fringe science. This isn't just like woowoo stuff.
These are actual neurological mechanics of your brain, bundles of axons and dendrites creating these different aspects of yourself. These different sub-personalities that become active, they become executive when you are performing different tasks. When you're driving a car, when you are doing a math test when you're fighting with somebody, that's a specific part that has become active. And if you can build better intrapersonal rapport and connection with those parts, then you're going to have a better life because you're more holistically developed and more holistically sound and congruent and aligned.
Just a little hack for introverted Feeling.
