How to add Chest undulation effect into Live Wallpaper

1. Open Designer,select a background image
2. Select "2D VFX" and click add button
3. Select "2D ChestBreathing VFX" effect
4. Select the range that you want breathing effect with mouse,click apply to preview. Click Done to complete it.
5. You can change the breathing speed and size options
6. Click Run button to set it as live wallpaper.
