How to Backup and Restore Apps & Data on any Android Phone (NO ROOT)
1,761This is my video tutorial on how to backup and restore apps and data on any android phone or tablet (Galaxy S3, S4, Note 2, Note 3, HTC One & more)
You do not need ROOT access to follow this tutorial but having ROOT does help a bit though.
Helium (Free) features:
Backup and restore to SD card

Helium (Premium) features:

Note: Helium is NOT available to Motorola devices. This is because Motorola phones have a bug that break Android's backup mechanism. Until this is fixed by Motorola, Helium will not work on those Androids.

If you find that Helium *does* work on your Motorola Android, please notify me.
Note: Some Sony devices have issues with Helium. This includes the Xperia S and Xperia Z. Sony has *disabled* backup on these devices completely.
