open run prompt by pressing win+r and type "%appdata%" and hit enter
then go into the folder named "Mozilla"then to "Firefox and then to "Profiles"
once you are in the profiles folder make a backup of the folder that you see..

to restore your firefox data, first install firefox , then go to the same location (ie profile) copy the name of the folder present in Profiles folder and delete the folder.
now copy your backup data into profile folder and rename it with the previous folders name.
that's it not you have restored your data.
make sure that you have closed firefox efore you take a backup and while you are restoring the data.
