How to Backup and Restore Windows 10 Firewall Settings

Before you reset your Windows Firewall configuration settings, I recommend you create a backup by saving current settings. This way you can import your saved setting. Also by saving firewall settings, you can copy these to identical machine and import them.

Maybe your firewall is corrupt and you need to reset to default, by having a backup, you can just import once reset.
