Basically how to beat it is like this.

The first 5 stages you want to walk forward as much as possible in the daytime world, and spend as least ammount of time in the jekyll world. But you want to enter the jekyll world when your life bar in the daytime world starts to get low. So you can go in the Hyde world, kill some enemies, leave that area, and wind up with a health refill. Repeat this for the entire game up until the last stage.

Before the last stage, while in the hyde world, when you do beat enemies, you want collect the coins. To pay off the singing lady who is mostly in stage 3. You pay off the singing lady by just walking into her, with a bag full of coins. There is no button you push ( I found that out when I played through this).

The enemies in the first stage you want to hop over as much as possible. By hoping straight up. To enter the hyde stage you want to intentilly get hit by the bomb blast- but at a distance so it hurts more of your hyde meter, then your life meter. You want the life meter to remain as high as you can in both stages.

If you die, let the menu screen load by itself. Don't push any buttons to get it to load faster. Wait for the menu to finish. Then carefully push down THEN start. Because the hands starts you off on the start button and not the continue button. Which you can lose the game (honestly that's the hardest part of the game is not being defeated by the menu hand).

When you reach the last level, strategy changes. Now you want to go the hyde world as soon as possible and make progress in there the longest. In fact, don't even attempt to get anywhere on the daytime world of the last level. It's totally pointless. Dodge barrels as much as possible. And try to get hit by the bomb blast again at a distance- but not far distance. So you get hit there.

And it's just a grid at that point. You have 3 sections of the hyde world- two sections of park, the rooftop, and end of rooftop the boss. Once your at rooftops, have to be careful to make the platforms. Wait for the platforms to load some before jumping, but watch out for the high flying enemies that push in them.

Make sure to get to the boss with at least half your half there. If you only got one hit left, just don't fight the boss and take a rooftop death. Beat the boss in hyde world to get the good ending. Then walk through rest of the game. And that's it.
