This is perhaps the best way to do consistently well on Pac Man. For the 1st lvl you can follow the pattern which i mess up halfway thru or just do what you want cuz it's easy, then for the next 3 lvl's you follow the basic pattern i show. then when you see the 1st apple on the bottom of the screen (5th lvl) that is when the pattern changes. you follow this pattern all the way until you notice 5 keys at the bottom of the screen when the lvl starts (lvl 16). At this point the pattern changes ever so slightly near the end, you instead attract the 3 main ghosts to come into the tunnel then you get the power pill to launch them back in and then repeat again for those last 2 power pills in order to effectivly beat the lvl. you must do this so called 5th key pattern until you reach the 9th key (lvl 21), a slow down in the pace of Pac Man will indicate that you are on the 9th key stage, this is when the pattern changes again, you then do this final pattern about 240 times and you will beat the whole game.

I experimented with quite a few 9th key stage patterns but i felt this one to be the most consistent. you will notice in this video that sometimes on a few occasions i mess up the pattern but i am able to skillfully group the ghosts together and get out of it except that one occasion where i should have gone in the tunnel, idiot. my last death was frustrating because i was distracted so messed up the pattern, i then keep my cool and freestyle some of the best pacman of my life, then just as i'm about to finish off i got stuck against the wall and it wouldnt turn, i pressed the direction i tell ya.

other tips are that every 20 secs the ghosts will revert from attacking u to turning around and scattering themselves in there own corner, you use this time to get stray dots and to pick up the fruit and compose yourself, the ghosts will always follow that same path back to their own corner so use this knowledge to your advantage and when they are in there corner they will be there for about 5 secs and then revert back to chasing you again. Also the ghosts flash blue for longer after each intermission, then gradually flash less and less upto the next intermission.
