This is my toughest accomplishment this year. What a fight to finally get past.
So to make this work I made lots of explosive spears, two sets of 99 each. This will cost around 150,000 souls to make. Both of my weapons were maxed out at +7 as well.
For your Relic, you want to have Ukkoto's Guile Equipped. This gives you bonus damage for striking enemies.
The four relics I had equipped were Heath Regeneration, extra flask, more stamina and more health.
Phase one is easy, all you have to do is dodge and counter when her back is turned. Let your AI partner do the heavy work here but dont let them die so they have both lives for the second phase. It is better to use the two handed weapon here.
In phase two, switch to the explosive spears. Keep up a good pace with out draining your stamina too much. If you let it get too much attention on your AI, the AI will die quickly. It may take a few tries to learn the attacks and when to dodge, but by keeping a distance and spamming spears it makes this fight so much better.
