The Yellow Devil is the stage 1 boss of Dr. Wily's Fortress.

I will be exploiting the lightning glitch. How it works is you use the Elec Man's attack, and constantly press the select button on the NES controller for the attack to keep registering.

Normally, this boss is one of the most difficult fights in the entire game. The glitch allowed me to defeat it with a single lightning strike.
