Also a couple extra things to note:

DO NOT delete the unzipped folder, that's why I say to keep it somewhere you can easily locate and remember. Chrome needs access to this folder at all times.

Also if you use the extension/addon, "Alternate Twitch Player" you must disable it as it conflicts with the script. Hopefully the author releases an update for it soon. As I know a lot of people use that addon.
