If Chrome is your preferred browser, the solution to blocking pop-up ads is in the Chrome settings.
1. Open the Chrome app.
2. Tap the Menu icon (the three vertical dots to the right of the address bar).
3. Tap Settings.
4. Tap Site settings.
5. Tap Pop-ups and redirects.
6. Turn on the Pop-ups and redirects toggle switch.
7. Go back to Site Settings and tap Ads.
8. Turn on the Ads toggle switch.
Alternatively, browse in incognito mode in Google Chrome to avoid seeing pop-ups.
