How to add an entire Picture Folder to KDE Wallpaper switcher.
Tutorial applies to all Linux Distributions using KDE Plasma 5, e.g. Chakra, Kubuntu, KDE Neon, etc...
Terminal commands:
mkdir ~/.local/share/wallpapers
ln -s ~/Pictures/Wallpapers ~/.local/share/wallpapers/mine
