You will unlock Shaymin in Pokemon Diamond, Pearl and Platinum by obtaining event item called Oak's Letter. Back days in console, you can only obtain this item through Nintendo event and Wifi Gift. Now using emulator you can have this item. By giving this item to Professor Oak you can access Shaymin and catch it. After catching Shaymin you can change its form. Watch he whole video on how to get the Oak's letter to catch Shaymin and transfom into Sky Form.
