How to change optimize battery life/battery settings for video quality using Control Panel, Windows 10. HDR, SDR video, Display.

1. Go to Control Panel - System and Security - Power Options.
2. Click the Change plan settings for the active power plan link.
3. Click the Change advanced power settings link.
4. Double-click Multimedia settings & then Double-click Video playback quality bias.
5. Under “On battery,” select the Video playback performance bias. option.
6. Click Apply & then Click OK.
Once you’ve completed the steps, Windows 10 will play HDR videos and movies at the best performance possible.
