1- Go to https://www.gnome-look.org/browse/cat/
Click on GTK 3/4 Themes
Click on the rating to select one of the best themes rated.
2- Install Tweaks tool
sudo apt install gnome-tweak-tool
3- Install Desktop Sweet theme:
Download Desktop Sweet theme: https://www.gnome-look.org/p/1253385/
sudo cp {Path_File_downloaded} /usr/share/theme
sudo cd /usr/share/theme
sudo tar -xvf Sweet-Dark.tar.xz
4- Open Tweak tools
Click on appearance
Choose Sweet Dark on the Application tab
5- Install Icons theme :
Download Icons Sweet theme: https://www.opendesktop.org/p/1284047/
sudo cp {Path_File_downloaded} /usr/share/icons
sudo cd /usr/share/icons
sudo tar -xvf Sweet-Rainbow.tar.xz

Now enjoy the new look of your Ubuntu. it's beautiful !!!
