This is how to change the fleet deployment for Operation Siren.
1. Go to the port of your faction in Operation Siren, for example i'm on Azur Lane faction then i just go to one of the Azur Lane faction's port (NY City for example).
2. If you have on the port then tap Order button on the right screen near the radar area.
3. Then you tap on FLEET DEPLOYMENT on the top list on right menu.
4. Then choose Fleets button if you want to change the fleet composition then tap on the ship that you want to be change. Tap meowfficer and then tap desired meowfficer that you want to be change.
5. If you finish to change then it's time to deploy your fleet by tap on GO button.
Note : If this is your first time fleet deployment change in an Operation Siren reset time then you are free to change without need AP point, but for the second and the third you need to provide some of AP(Action Points) to deploy it. In my experience you can change your deployment for three times in each Operation Siren reset period.
