If you want your Oculus Quest video recordings to not be square follow this tutorial. Works for both Quest 1 and Quest 2

SideQuest Setup tutorial: https://youtu.be/vtK8eUAhdOA

*Steps*
1. Open / Install SideQuest
2. Connect the Quest to the Computer
3. Make sure the Quest is recognized by SideQuest
4. Click on Wrench icon
5. Find Video Capture Size Section
6. Click 1080
7. Wait for "All Tasks Completed" Confirmation
8. Done
