This video walks you through the step by step process on how to change your username on instagram in 2021. Changing your username is easy and can be done in 3 easy steps. DO Not confuse this video with Instagram Display Name. Also, keep in mind that once you change your instagram username, you can not change it again for the next 60 days. So, here are the steps you need to follow,
1. Go to instagram app and click on your profile picture from bottom of the page.
2. Now, go to the edit profile button as shown in the video.
3. Here, under username field, give it a tap and change your username.
4. Finally, click on the tick from the top of the page and your instagram username will be changed.
Remember, you'll be able to change your username back to your previous username for another 14 days. So, if you feel like keeping the old username, you can do it for the next 14 days.
