Steps:
- from the dashboard of PS5, move to the top and then go to the right until you get to settings and open them.
- In settings, open ‘users & accounts’.
- Now select ‘profile’.
- In profile options, click ‘name’. You can now edit the real name for your Playstation account. Click ‘confirm’ once done to save it.
- Now you have done that, you may be wondering who can actually see your real name. To adjust that, go back to ‘user and accounts’ and then select ‘privacy’.
- Now select ‘view and customise your privacy controls’.
- The first section here is ‘your real name and profile picture’. You can go through the list of options and decide who can see your real name within search results, games, and friends lists.
