About this video: This video shows you all of the different types of lights that can be used to light a green screen. These types of lights include LED and Incandescent you bulb type and umbrella and softbox for how to light is distributed.
LED lights are super bright, but do not make things white and washed out like Incandescent lights can. This is an advantage if you don't want to do any white balancing work. Incandescents are MUCH cheaper than LEDs, but make the video you are shooting super white and force a white balance change or color correction to get the colors where they need to be.
Umbrella lights use, well, umbrellas to distributed the light in an even, wide pattern. While umbrella lights are cheaper, they can be difficult to aim and point an specific things thus making them a bit hard to use with a green screen. Softbox lights, however distribute light in a much more predictable pattern making light a green screen with them a lot easier.
With that being said, I hope you enjoyed this video and it helped you out when it comes to picking the lights that you should use for your greenscreen. If it did, please give this video a thumbs up and subscribe to the channel if you haven't already. It really helps me out!
