This is a very quick and basic walkthrough how to manually create bind file in Star Trek Online for the xbox controller. I have not tested with other controller but have been told the configuation is the same for most.

An Added bonus for those that parse and use damage loggers. if you add the command 0x43 "++combatlog $$ ++showmem $$" "" it will toggle the combat log file on and off with the F9 key. The mem command will toggle memory usage in the top right corner over the mini map as an indicator the combatlog is running.
