How to Confirm Before Sending an Email in the Gmail App
6In this video, I'm going to show you how to confirm before, sending an email in Gmail. So if you're a Gmail user chances are you've had your fair share of email accidents in the past. I'm going to hopefully help with one of those accidents and basically show you how to get Gmail to ask you to confirm before sending an email.
So step one, what you want to do is launch the Gmail app on your phone and then tap on the hamburger menu at the top, left hand corner, Scroll down, and tap on Settings, tap on general settings, and then scroll down to action confirmations. Now, you can see, there is an option there to tap on confirm before sending, to enable pop-up confirmations for sending emails. So I'm going to load up an email here and send one and show you what that looks like. There you go.
