Preecha is always minus 2, a little over 2 tiles for the range
Kain, -4 to +1, 3 tile range, can enforce plus frames with heavy kick at any range, actually
punishable, 23 frame startup
Tizoc, -2 to +2, 2 tile range
Jenet, 1 tile range, always minus 3, 13 frame startup
Hotaru , -2 always, 2.5 tile range
Mai , 21 frame startup, -5 but can’t punish, at the edge of its range starts up later, 1 tile range
