How to Create PSX Portable with mednafen (version 1.31.0) and add them to Launchbox.
Make sure you have or update mednafen to the current version which was what you see me doing.

I have been using madnafen as a portable ready-2-play single-game container for a long time.
You'll see me updating the batch name for this video to add it to Launchbox.

Reason: You can use Retroarch Emulator to run PSX Rom, Why mednafen?
mednafen is compact and you can create a self-running PSX game encapsulated in its own container and take it with you via USB stick or store it easily in the clouds. (Basically - to save space)
You can create multiple games with different settings etc... These are a but few reasons, besides, playing old-school console game like PSX in 4k or 8k resolution isn't exactly how you remember playing them right?
