We have seen a number of reports with users that are encountering the ‘The Specified Resource Name Cannot Be Found In The Image File (0x80070716)’ error when trying to access the one or more options menu of File Recovery. This issue is mostly reported to occur on Windows 7. Most affected users are reporting that the error occurs when they try to access the File History tab.
