Steps:
- I will be showing you how to do this on the Facebook app, but the settings will be similar on desktop too.
- Open up the Facebook app and tap on your profile picture in the top left of the homepage to get to your profile page.
- To delete photos that you have posted on your newsfeed, go to the post and tap the three dots button in the top right corner of the post.
- Tap ‘move to trash’ from the options.
- Then tap ‘move’ on the pop up.
- That post and photo will be deleted from Facebook.
- To delete photos from your albums, tap ‘photos’ in the top left of your profile page.
- Find the photo that you would like to delete and open it.
- Then tap on the three dots button, in the top right corner of the photo and select ‘delete photo’ from the options.
- Tap ‘delete’ on the popup.
- That photo is now deleted.
