This is very easy to do. Once you sign in, press your profile picture in the upper right hand side of the screen. Now a side window will open. Scroll down to settings and select it.

Now you will need to go to view advance settings. An option to delete your youtube channel will appear on the account page. When you delete your youtube channel, you will not be able to recover the account. It will be delete forever!
