How To Disable Caller Name Announcer On Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 / S10 Ultra
Open the Phone app.
Select Keypad.
Tap on the three dots icon in the top right corner,
From the pop up menu, select Settings.
In your Call Settings menu,
Tap on Answering and ending calls.
Here you should see the option Read Caller Names Aloud.
Tap on the toggle next to it to turn it off.
