With the latest 1.70 firmware the PS4 you've been given an option to turn off the High-Definition Copy(right) Protection. Doing that will allow you to use capture cards such as the ElGato Game Capture HD (http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00840353W?tag=thats0d-20) to record video and stream via your PC.

Follow these simple steps to disable it:
1. Go to Settings on the XMB.
2. Scroll down to System.
3. Uncheck the box next to "Enable HDCP".
