What is Superfetch? And how to disable Superfetch to fix "System and Compressed Memory" high disk usage, This is answered in our tech tutorial, and gives a solution to this problem where Superfetch may be the culprit in many modern Windows systems. Note, in a windows update the "Superfetch" service was renamed "Sysmain", it's the same service however, If you can't find Sysmain, search for superfetch, it depends if you updated your system or not.
