Unplug your Fire TV Cube and wait for 60 seconds.
Press and hold the Home and Back buttons on your remote simultaneously for 10 seconds.
The LED at the top of the remote should blink, followed by a confirmation message on the screen.
Reconnect the remote by pressing and holding the Home button for at least 10 seconds.
