To put your Fire TV Cube remote into Bluetooth pairing mode, please follow these steps:

Press and hold the Home button on your remote for 10 seconds 1.
Navigate to Settings on your Fire TV Cube 2.
Select Controllers & Bluetooth Devices 2.
Choose Amazon Fire TV Remotes 2.
Select Add New Remote 2.
Choose the remote you want to pair 2.
If you’re still having trouble, you can also use the Fire TV app to pair your remote. Here’s how:

Open the Fire TV app on your mobile device.
Make sure your mobile device and your Fire TV Cube are on the same Wi-Fi network.
Use the app to navigate to Settings on your Fire TV Cube.
Select Controllers & Bluetooth Devices.
Choose Amazon Fire TV Remotes.
Select Add New Remote.
Choose the remote you want to pair.
