How To Downgrade Your PS Vita with Modoru 戻るFrom TheFlow! [Downgrade From 3.70 To 3.60]

Prerequisites:
• PlayStation Vita/PSTV: Your device has to be between on firmwares 3.60-3.70 in order to use Modoru.
• Your device must already run either Henkaku/H-Encore/Trinity Exploit in order to do this process.
• Your PlayStation Vita has to be at least 50% Percent for Modoru to run. *I recommended that your device is fully charge before doing this process.*
• Make sure to disable all of your plugins as well before doing this process. *Disable all your plugins. Easiest way is renaming ux0:tai and ur0:tai to some other name.*
• Make sure to uninstall Enso if your on 3.60/3.65.
• Make sure to uninstall SD2VITA because for this process you need to have a memory card if you have a 1000 series PS Vita aka the Fat Vita, or if you have a 2000 series Vita/PSTV you can use the internal storage
• If you have IMCUnlock by SKGleba make sure to uninstall that homebrew, before attempting to downgrade your PS Vita.
• Modoru.VPK *This homebrew allows the end user to downgrade there vita!*
• OnlineMD5 Hash Checker *To check .PUP if it’s the correct file and if the system firmware update isn’t corrupted.*
• Any PlayStation Vita Firmware that is officially hackable *thus you can run homebrew on said firmwares*
• FileZilla FTP Client.
• Henkaku Enso.VPK
• VitaShell
