I was having a hard time finding info on why the option to change my refresh rate wasn't showing up in my setting for my Xbox one x so after some digging I found the answer and wanted to make a video to help anyone else out. I'll be playing more games to see if there's a difference in games at 120hz but I haven't been able to track down a list of games that truly support it so if you have a list post it in the comment section please!
