Here how you can Enable Resizable BAR support for Nvidia RTX 3000 or Smart Access Memory for RX 6000.

If you have Redeon Graphics card, you need AMD 5000 series CPU & 500 series motherboard to Enable SAM in BIOS.

If you have Nvidia RTX 3060, you don’t need any GPU BIOS Update, just enable it in you motherboard BIOS (If motherboard supported)
Any other RTX 3000 series graphics cards needs GPU BIOS update, which can be downloaded from the manufacturer websites.
Then enable it in motherboard BIOS and check Resizable bar support is enabled or not in Nvidia control panel’s system information.

*Updating Motherboard BIOS ie required in any cases.

GPU - GTX 1060 6GB
