How to End Your Stream Automatically with Elgato Stream Deck
No extra downloads required, all actions come default with the Elgato Stream Deck.
- MY STREAM ENDING AUTOMATION -
On First Press:
- Transition to Full Screen scene
(under "Scene" in Streamlabs OBS)
- Deafen Discord
(Using the Hotkey function under "System", I assign F12 to my Deafen / Mute keybind in Discord. You can make this button whatever you like but it doesn't seem to support Ctrl or Alt combinations)
- Soundboard: Play Audio
(Begins to play audio from the Stream Deck music library [all royalty free] with a 5 second fade in and a loop.)
On Second Press:
- Transition to Ending scene
- Streamlabs OBS: Mixer Audio - Mute Mic
(Mixer audio can control desktop / game audio or mic audio. Can be found in the Streamlabs OBS section.)
- Stream Deck: Delay - 30s
(Under Stream Deck, there's a Delay function that puts a delay in milliseconds on the time between actions. 30 seconds = 30000 ms)
- Streamlabs OBS: Stream
(Under the Streamlabs OBS section, you can use the Stream action to either start or end your stream, in this case I have it set to End)
- Soundboard: Stop Audio
(Self explanatory, this way I dont have to manually stop the audio on my own)
