How much sleep should you be getting?
Generally speaking most adults require about 8 hours of high quality sleep.
These days with everyone glued to their mobile screens, your eyes are continuously blasted with blue light which suppresses the bodies production of melatonin and thus disrupting our regular sleep patterns. So make sure to check out my tricks on getting better sleep!
