You need Fraps. (normal does fine no need for registered)
Microsoft Excel (maybe some other tool that can read .csv)

Open Fraps, set "Frametimes" in Benchmarks set a Benchmarking Hotkey.

Open Game of your choice, press your Benchmarking Hotkey, Play little time (Think of it! The more you play the more Frametimes you get! 60FPS with 60 seconds Playtime = 3600 Frames), Stop Benchmarking, Quit Game, open your Fraps folder where your Benchmarks are saved (press [View] in Fraps is fastest) and open "Gamename Timestamp frametimes.csv", in Excel press "Text to columns" and take "comma" as delimitier, leave data format as general and press finish! Calculate Time between each Frames. (Time for Frame 2 - time from Frame 1) (AND DON'T INSERT THAT 0 LIKE IN VIDEO!), and then Create a Graph for as much Frames as you like!

Thats it! There you can see if you have micro stutter or not!
